Anyone care to chime in on the (Turbo?) problems i'm having
Heyo - So if it's of any relevance I have a 2009 135 that just hit 20k miles. (jb3 2.0 / ER BOV/pipe / dual cones)
I just recently noticed if I push the car (3rd/4th gear WOT) once I push in the clutch to shift the BOV goes off on the push for a second then cuts out and doesn't "blow off" again till I have it in the next gear and release the clutch. So what it's actually doing is blowing off once on clutch engage and once on clutch disengage. I don't remember it functioning like this before **Also since i've noticed this I also see in JB3 map 5 im only reaching a MAX of around 12-12.5 PSI at WOT in cool weather (used to hit 17 or so?) Just removed the JB3 for an appointment tomorrow and inspected all the mods, everything seems ok. Thanks in advance

The bov doesn't correlate to your clutch pedal. It is tied to your throttle. When the plate closes and the bov senses vacum it blows off. So your description of events is confusing. Try to drive and note what your thottle is doing when things get screwey. And this only happens in 4th or 3rd?

WOT in 3rd, 4th, 5th...haven't noticed 2nd but can pay more attention
ill check it again this evening, not sure it will do the same without the tune but I pretty sure one is purging when I release the throttle and then once more when I get back on it while releasing cluth into the higher gear

Blow off is related to throttle lift.
Check your boost, check your vac. Take a look at the vac line feeding your bov. Make sure it is all still right where it should be |
