Arrow need help with sway bars and springs for e92

hello guys im trying to buy sway bar and springs for my e92. trying to find out whats good for m3 on the market.

I recently had the Dinan Stage 2 kit installed. This includes springs and front sway bar. Part quality is very good. The drop was modest(~3/4"). Turn in is quicker and there is less understeer. I feel this was money well spent.
