Keeping The Faith -
Talked with my dealer - I'm having a ride with him on 8th Sept and going to keep my deposit down until I read reviews of the DCT. I have high hopes that the DCT will sort out the gearbox issues. Apart from the gearbox, it seems, only the steering is the other partial let down.
If it's just a little steering feel that's lost, then overall I think it's a cracking package, with few rivals. If both steering and gearbox are below par (and the e46 gearbox was a dog) then that's when i call it a day. Roll on March 2008! (least we should get some reviews in November-ish?) |

Just curious considering you drive an RS4. What motivates you to buy an M3 with an already outstanding car? For people who already have RS4's, what is it you like more about the M3 to buy one....unless it's just to have both of course.

I like the idea of the DCT gearbox - but I understand what you mean - I change cars every 12 months usually so I guess it's just something new. The RS4 is bloody great by the way ;@)
