Creaking noise

Hi any other m5 owners have any creaking noise coming from around the front doors I am sure it sounds like it is coming from the door not seats ? It sounds line a old creaking ship ?

I don't have my car yet due to the oil pump issue but sometimes the rubber around the doors makes noise when cooler weather begins, I have taken a rag with WD-40 and just wiped a light amount around the thick rubber around the doors and it stops. It's happened to me before on my previous m3
