On the bright side, you can now have insurance buy you a new re-bar, new bumper clips, a new rear bumper (hamann or ACS maybe? Could always go the BMW Aero Kit), and a new Dinan muffler. Just pressure them and say the tips are bent.
But jebus, that's quite a hit. Hope you're ok! Right, and don't forget physio is also covered for the whiplash you suffered. |

Thanks everyone for your concern. I really do appreciate it very much. Its really nice of you folks. It was a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am that hit me. I was sitting at a Red Light with about three cars ahead of me. I looked in the rear view mirror and I see this guy flyin up on me with no place to go driving out of control. He locks up his brakes and slams right into me. He got me on an angle. I saw this coming and there was nothing I could do except hold on tight and kept on the brakes hard so I would not have front damage also. Its a total bummer. I am so bummed out. I feel alright my back hurts a bit but it always hurts. The Grand Am did not have much damage. I'll post a pic of the Devil Car Grand Am later after I get off of work.

Sorry to see this happen!!
Hope everyhting will turn out ok, but I would definitely go see a doctor about the back pain. It might not be too bad now, but back and neck injuries don't always show up fully until a day or two later. Good luck! |

BUGGER! I am so sorry to hear that. I am always fearful when people tailgate me. I know my brakes are better and that if there is an emergency I will get rear-ended. There is no excuse for what happened to you. You were stopped! What an imbicile!
