Access Question. Seat settings memory by key?

Does the M5 (without executive package) remember seat settings by key? I hate that after my wife drives the C63 with her key, I cant even fit my leg into the car w/o remembering to adjust it first.

I believe it is by key and by profile. Each key can keep several profiles and each profile can have individual settings, so even if the same key is used but a different profile is selected then settings for the selected profile are set.
