sound of liquid

I have been hearing sounds of liquid flowing every time the car moves. It appears that from the driver's seat the sound originates from the right side of the vehicle.

I'll get this checked out by the dealership... but anyone have any idea what this could be?

i don't think it is fuel.... cause it doesn't matter whether the tank is full or when its almost dry.

I would be ashamed of myself if it is gatorade or propel under the seat.

hawker: yeah.. i'll let you know

Are you driving a roady?

The drains could be plugged.
This is the precursor to failure of the vert motor.
Check this DIY

I wonder if it could have something to do with a plugged drain?

I am convinced that it is the problem with the drains....

the drain covers (the one on top... 1st and 2nd picture on the link you gave me) were taken off for a couple days due to the error of an audio technician installing my dice ipod integration kit. (now the cover have been replaced)

what can i do to help from now till i bring in the car for service on monday.

thanks everyone

You need to clear the drains under the car, just follow the DIY.
Otherwise, it could lead to a shorted top motor which gets VERY expensive.

Out of curiosity, is hearing the motor winding down after you just put the top down normal?
I can hear it slowly whirring to a stop after the roof comes down.
