That's a lot of cap cost reduction.. sweet for the taker-over if the seller isn't asking any back.. if I could get rid of my Audi and simultaneously pick up this lease I would.. if the car is mint of course.

the original owner put nothing down or he's not asking you to put anything down?
I just ordered and purchase an E92 with just about everything you could get (almost, no extended leather, no apps, but it had comp. package, premium sound, DCT, etc.) and pay $734 a month. Paid TT and T, $5000 down, 36 months, 15K a year mileage. Last edited by Lovegreatcars; 03-30-2013 at 05:01 PM.. |

Aside of the $550 a month you pay, you also pay $10,000 per year in taxes, every year? If that's the case, if you add the $550 a month, and you pro-rate the 10K to twelve months, wouldn't you be paying $1,383 dollars a month?
If that's not the case, and if it's zero down and $550 a month, that would be a steal. Please explain? you are getting a great deal! something is missing here? |

I believe he means 10k miles a year. Sounds to me like the original leasee put a large down payment to get such a low monthly payment, so now you can take over a $550/month lease with no down payment (except maybe lease transfer fees). That's a good deal if so... my 2008 M3 lease used to be about $850/month after taxes (with no money down, 12k miles a year).

Lease tranfer
It's nice to see an existing thread on a BMW lease transfer.
The $550 is an attractive deal for an M3! Did you have success with the lease transfer? I am trying to do the same thing and would appreciate any tips! I have a 3 series 328xi drive based in Chicago. Looking to transfer the lease since I sadly have to move. Initially spent a lot of time negotiating on this sedan to secure a strong deal. It comes fully loaded and has the cold weather package as well...with monthly payments of $472. |

agree. Probably around 10k down depending on what the negotiated selling price of the car was from the dealer.
Seems like a very good deal - would go for it if you like the car. |

Very attractive payment, but you'd have to add in any overage for the mileage that you might put on over the limit. If you don't drive much, that's a great deal!

As everyone else stated, to get to that payment there has to be a huge downpayment/cap reduction the original leasee put in. Usually they want that paid back on a transfer, but if in your case it's purely a $0 down and take over the monthly. Grab it and run as fast as you can. It's a fantastic deal! On what you'll be spending and if the residual is inline with other leases and you buy it out later - you'll have a steal. Enjoy!
