If you have the adaptive headlights will they only light up when turning?

When I turn left the left one goes on. Right the right one goes on. I thought that was what adaptive headlights are. Sorry to jack the thread. Free bump and if I can get this sorted I am interested.

or the inner bulb/light? (round one) if the latter, you're talking about your corner lights, which are H3s

Thanks, im referring to the inside lights that these arrows are pointing to. Im assuming that is what the bulbs are for. Mine never light up together like that. One goes on at a time depending which way I turn the wheel.

The H8 LEDs the OP is selling are for the Angel Eyes I recommend doing more research before modding your car . You don't want to spend money on something you don't need, and worse, you don't want to break/damage something you don't know much about Also, the cornering lights BOTH turn on if the car is in reverse (if i recall correctly). Difference between stock angel eyes (orange) and Alpine HIDs (white) (not the same product the op is selling)

Thank you for your help. I didnt realize it was for the outer rings. Every pic in the other threads had both cornering lights on which threw me off. What also threw me off was that I thought the cornering lights was what they call adaptive. I just saw a youtube video and I can honestly say I have never seen my lights follow a curve. Im going to have to try driving on a twisty dark road and see if it is working. Thanks again!

it just happens when you take pictures of them in a dim/dark place. the angel eyes light up and the light reflects off the inner bulb and gives the illusion it's actually on when it's not You may not have them, they don't come stock on BMWs My 65k Z4 had to have it as an option lol My 60k mercedes doesn't even have it! drives me nuts whenever i switch from the BMW to the mercedes cause I'm so used to the adaptive cornering lights

also, try this:
have someone sit in your car and you go stand in front of your car (crouch down) Have them turn the wheel to the left, then to the right you should be able to see the lights turn on. then have them put it in R (do this and let me know please, cause I remember them turning on, but want to confirm)
