For Sale: Lux H8 V3 Angel Eyes and/or Philips Ultinon 6000K D1S (Germany)
I'm selling lightly used Lux H8 V3 Angel Eyes as well as similarly lightly used German Philips Ultinon 6000K HIDs (D1S). I ran these on my wife's 2009 X5, but we sold the X5 in January 2013. I installed them in September 2012, so they have ~3.5 months of use on them. We only drove the X5 about 3 times per week, so you can do the math. I installed and removed them with rubber medical gloves to ensure no skin grease made contact with the glass. I have the original packaging and everything. They're in Austin, TX, willing to sell together or apart. Shipping will be around $7 anywhere in the lower-48. PM me if you're interested. Right now Lux H8 V3 are $210 on sale, I'm asking $150 due to the slightly used condition. Same with the HIDs which sell $230+. Pictures: |

I'm not sure what an adaptive error is. I had no issues whatsoever with them. No CEL, no complaints in the computer. I had the car into the dealer (BMW of Austin) for a service and the dealer's inspection had no faults either. Again, this was on a 2009 X5 Diesel.
