FS - 2008 Interlagos Blue E92 M3 51K Miles 40K (Lots of Extras)

UPDATED THREAD - http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthr...6#post14780556

Guys,

The time has come to consider selling my beloved E92 M3. The car has served me beautifully for 3 years and I am parting with her as I am moving overseas soon and want to plan accordingly.

History
I purchased this car in 2010 from Illinois with 23K miles on the track. The car was supposedly owned by an older gentleman and was driven very gently. He traded it in for a 911. What followed since was an amazing three years with the car. My M3 instilled a passion for the track via HPDEs and has left me with a lifelong pastime. The car has held strong through multiple Minneapolis and Upstate NY winters without missing a beat. My philosophy has been to use it to its fullest, but also take care of it fastidiously. The car has always been garaged and has been fastidiously maintained.

While this is just a car, I have become really attached to her and it is important that she goes to a good home. To this effect, my promise is that I have been and will be as honest to the best of my knowledge about any questions about the car.

Specs
Exterior Colour - Interlagos Blue
Interior - Black Leather (Non-extended)
Trim - Aluminum
Transmission - 6MT

Options
Carbon Fiber Roof
Cold Weather Package
Premium Package
Technology Package
19" Wheels (Non Competition)

Extras/Mods
Remus Race Exhaust (Have Stock Exhaust)
Eibach Springs
CIC Navigation upgrade and controller (did it the "right" way after purchasing BMW codes)
Stoptech (Red) 355mm big brake kit all 4 corners
LED Angel Eyes (Think these are the 180 degree ones. One of my favourite parts of the car)
OEM 18" BBS wheels with Michelin Alpin Sport Winter Tires and 08 TPMS
Apex Stud Conversion Kit

Maintenance
Fastidiously maintained with oil changes every 6 months or 5,000 miles. It has usually been 6 months as my miles driven has been minimal until recently.
Differential fluid changed 7,000 miles ago
Transmission fluid changed at 30,000 miles
Brake fluid changed 10,000 miles ago (ATS super blue)
Throttle actuators for both banks were changed recently at the dealer $4000
The EDC module was replaced at the dealer recently at $700
All 4 wheels were refinished and are in great condition
Car has been professionally detailed twice a year since my purchase

Concerns
The Brake light is on as the Stoptech brakes don't have the brake wear sensors
An EDC malfunction light is on as the dealer was unable to code the car given that I replaced the navigation system. Coding will cost $250 to $500 depending on which vendor you use on the forum. I will be happy to bear this cost in the final price.
Given that I did track the car, my Remus exhaust expanded slightly at the tips and melted a small portion of my rear bumper (I've considered this a badge of honour )
Rear tires have about 30% tread left
Front tires have about 60% tread left
