Local DCT Owners

I want to drive or at least be driven in a DCT M3. Anyone willing to hook a local up? You can drive my 6speed if you'd like.

Contemplating a DCT so the woman and I can share one car. Having two cars as of late has been pointless.

I live in NYC and think the DCT is one of the greatest innovations ever. I had to get it because my wife never learned to drive the 6 speed in our E46M3 in 10 years and we only have one car. I would never go back. I live in NYC and work in Queens and you are welcome to try it.

I really love my 6 speed. Living in nyc makes no difference since I barely drive.

I have been considering the same with my soon to be fiance. However, in the cost of trading my 6spd car for another DCT car (depreciation, sales tax, extended warranty), I think it will come out nearly the same to get a cheap Fiat 500 to park on the streets and use around town.

I think I'll go the private sale route. It seems like a lot of work but we'll see what happens. Insurance + cost of another car adds up too.
