how easy it to take off front bumper 09 135i?

hey there all, I was trying to scroll through some posts to see if there might be a topic on this, and I didn't come across one unless I missed it, and if I did, sorry to all for doing another replica post. I was just wondering how easy is it to take off my front bumper.? I want to because I know I need to take it off to get at my headlights that I need to take out to replace parts in the the headlights assembly (SMC)! any helpful quick tips to do so which I don't think it would be that hard to take off but maybe there some of you guys that where part to start to finish that's easy thanx all in advance and sorry for sounding like an idiot ,
