New (to me) 2011.5 E90 M3

It's been a long time in the making, but the big day is finally here... My new (to me) 2011.5 E90 M3 is scheduled to be dropped off tomorrow.

Here's how it's configured:
- Alpine White exterior
- Black interior w/ Carbon trim
- DCT
- Competition Package
- Premium Package
- Convenience Package
- Moonroof
- Premium Sound

Here are the pictures:

I'm still undecided about the 220 wheels. This is a Competition Package car so part of me feels it should have ZCP wheels. What do you guys think?

Best wishes. I got mine this past Tuesday. I am jealous of your comp package and premium sound, both of which I don't have. Coming from an E46 3 series, there is so much to learn: combox, CiC, FSC for Navigation Premium 14-2 disk, retrofitting rear camera, BMW Assist, DCT hesitation, Automatic Start/Stop (which I don't have after some time researching), ...

- Chrysler 300C SRT8... Lovely engine note.

Where are the competition package wheels?
"forged 19 inch wheels in the same style as those on the E46 CSL are added to the car"

That's the only thing visually that shows other M3s yours is ...um..better.

I know... This bothers me too if I'm being completely honest, but fixing the wheels is easy now that I've got the car.

Laugh! Trust me when I say, nobody feels worse about my Prius experience than me.

The wheels thing is odd. Definitely get the wheels. Also odd that a ZCP has a sunroof, rather than a CF roof. It's a beautiful car though.

Hey Nervous, congratulations to your new car!

Can't help myself thinking this is a great choice, having exactly the same myself..! (except for the wheels which in my case are the 359'ns..

).

BTW done a few minor mods on blackened grill bonnet/side vents which I think goes nicely to the AW. Ping me if you'd like to see some pics for ref.

PS. And found a used OEM exhaust which is in the work shop for mod as we speak...

Very nice. I have the same year/options with the ZCP wheels. I think you need them.

Its an E90. ZCP or not, we did not get the CF roof option. The moonroof was an option, but otherwise you were slicktop... Sigh... I wish.

OP, the car is timeless and beautiful. The wheels rock. They look to be finished in gunmetal so that is unique in itself. Congrats and enjoy!

Definitely get the 359M wheels back on there! AW E90 ZCP is what I have and I think it looks fantastic. The wheels make the car.

Yes, the wheels are powder coated. I'm looking for a set of ZCP wheels so these 220's are for sale if you're interested.
