Supercharged Gulf Blue Monster 2011 Comp 110k+

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
USD 60.00

Item Interest
SOLD

Been getting the itch. It's been 3 years.
Car is immaculate / no issues / perfectly modded

Open to offers - Feel free to e-mail or PM…or find me on Ebay.

Price just reduced by 6k

http://www.ebay.com/itm/161284351072...84.m1555.l2649

Up for sale is my fully loaded 2011 competition package 6 speed manual M3. Cold weather, Nav, Premium stereo, etc. etc. MSRP ~72k. - All the options - fully loaded.

The car has been tastefully modified and is offered for sale with approximately 35-45k worth of carefully chosen aftermarket modifications. (listed at the bottom)

Offered for sale as a complete package (with OEM exhaust).

The car is Alpine White with a gulf blue vinyl wrap and only 23k miles. It also had some orange stripes (vinyl) on it at one point but I removed those recently.

I bought the car new and have owned it for 3 years. I have mostly used it for photoshoots and car shows as I am a cinematographer and huge car lover.

Tracked once. The car has always been too nice and too new for me to consider tracking it regularly. No accidents, No dings. I did have a very small indent in the rear bumper that I had fixed (1/2") I keep my cars perfect.

The supercharger has been incredible. Performs and feels like a stock M3 just faster like it should have been from the factory. ESS claims 625 Crank HP or more. I dyno'd at 499 RWHP at 8300 RPM. This was at 4500' elevation. These kits are solid and battle-tested. ESS makes the best SC kit.

The Klassen wheels are incredibly detailed and complete a perfect stance for the vehicle. Lots of time spent on the CNC machine in order to offer this level of detail.

They are not cheap but are very high quality, beautifully unique wheels.

The Stoptech trophy kit was shipped back east to be disassembled and refinished by somebody that works on these brakes regularly.

The feel of this brakes is second to none and they have performed very well. They would be perfect for anyone looking to track this car in the future. They look pretty good too!

Why am I selling?

Been travelling a lot lately and I'm also thinking about eventually buying something different. It will be hard to replace.

This car has been good to me for the past 3 years. To me, it is a perfect car - the best car I have ever owned. It is leaps and bounds better than a stock M3, yet still solid and reliable.

This car has been babied. No curb rash, no abnormal wear. I can't even think of a door ding or a rock chip. (there may be a few small rock chips from typical use) however, the OEM front bumper was clear bra'd when new and the Vorsteiner bumper looks amazing and is vinyl wrapped.

The interior also looks fabulous - no issues.

I am anal about my cars. This car is in amazing condition.

The OPTIONAL exhaust that is NOT included at a sales price around 60k. It completes the car and the tips have been ceramic coated black to match the rest of the color scheme. It sounds amazing, yet is still totally acceptable for daily driving.

Sounds quite civil with normal driving and sounds unbelievably incredible when opened up at high RPM's.

The complete EVO system is quieter but the GT4 front section is perfect. Sounds incredible.

I would consider parting this car out if it doesn't sell. I would also consider selling the car without certain mods (such as the wheels, brakes, front bumper, etc) I can be somewhat flexible here but I am trying not to part the car out. This car is too perfect to pull all the mods off and part it out. I really would rather sell it to one lucky buyer

Thanks - I'm open to reasonable offers. I figured there would be some negotiation. I don't think my starting price is unreasonable considering the car has 45k worth of mods on it.

I reduced the price a good amount.

I'm sure there will still be some back and forth / negotiation with the right buyer.

Gorgeous car! Is the car wrapped? GLWS. It's hard to sell a car fully modded and trying to get back the money spent on the parts.

Thank you.

Of course I'm not trying to get back all of the money spent on mods. However, mods sell for and are worth a portion of their original value. Some mods more than others.

Ultimately, the value of the car is determined by how much someone is willing to pay for it. For this, it will make a difference if thus person values the mods or not. What it's worth to someone looking for a stock M3 is entirely different than someone who plans to add a VT625 SC kit, Trophy BBK, Titanium exhaust, etc etc.

It's a very clean car. If the car is worth around 45k and a used SC is worth 7 or 8, Used Trophy kit around 4, Used exhaust (2 different titanium setups) is worth $6500, Wheels are worth around $4k then my price is definitely in the ballpark… even if the other mods were just thrown in for free. I could easily strip the car and I certainly could do that down the road.

For now, I'd rather leave it for sale for a while and enjoy the car. I'd rather wait for the right person and keep the car intact. I'm not in a hurry.

Thanks for looking.

Wes

Excellent wrap color choice! Any pictures of it with the orange stripes or Golf Livery (just out of curiosity). Regardless, beautiful car and GLWS!

Edit - Nevermind, found em! http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=911050

Bump for a great seller.

The car is immaculate. Ive personally driven it and it drives like new. Much better than my E90M with 75k miles on it. I wish my mine felt like this again.

I know the car has never been abused and always very very well taken care of. Totally legit seller.

Good luck! I'll be sad to see it go.

Thanks Christian!

2 more days on auction.

Looks like I may end up parting it out in another week or so. I can get 20k+ out of the mods (used) without a problem. Maybe I'll keep it for a few more months. I still love the car!

Parting out would be a shame, such a nice package.
